The Challenge
The Opportunity
Transform the loyalty app from a passive tool into an active "Smart Assistant." By utilizing AI to personalize the shopping journey, we can increase "stickiness" and drive higher retention.
Current state
While the app sees high initial download rates due to robust features like the store locator and generic offers, user activity drops significantly after the first few purchases. The experience is purely transactional.

Satoshi is a Geometric Sans-Serif typeface. It is a strategic choice for "Modern Tech-Retail."
Reason 1: Hybrid Personality: Satoshi sits perfectly between "Corporate" (like Inter/Helvetica) and "Friendly" (like Circular/Google Sans). It makes the app feel premium and tech-forward without feeling cold or robotic.
It supports the "Editorial Minimalist" aesthetic we discussed earlier. It looks great in All-Caps for headers (like "WEEKLY SAVINGS GOAL"), giving the app a polished, high-end magazine feel.
The majority of this palette is Monochrome (Black/White) with a specific Emerald Green (#10B981) accent.
Semantic Meaning of Green:
Money: Green = Savings/Wealth.
Health: Green = Fresh/Organic/Healthy.
Success: Green = Goal Completed/Go.
